MinecraftModAPK.id respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to send a copyright takedown notice and how we respond.

Before You Send a Notice

The guides and articles on this site are written by us. Minecraft itself belongs to Mojang AB and Microsoft, and we claim no ownership of it. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, please tell us and we will act promptly.

What Your Notice Must Include

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you own.
  • The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Send It

Send your notice to the site owner through the social profiles linked in the footer of this site, marked “DMCA Notice”. Complete notices are reviewed quickly, and confirmed infringing material is removed or disabled.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material’s URL, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the removal was an error. We will handle it as the DMCA provides.

Repeat Infringers

Contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright will be removed, and infringing material will be taken down on each valid notice.
